1. I mean this is what Alexanderplatz is for more or less.

Around the 2000 mark, the city had everything it needed to satisfy it's inhabitants and that was long before a majority of the money was spend on pointlessly overdeveloping every square inch within the ring. Life has not gotten easier, more exiting or more comfortable since, only more crowded and less accessible, with very few exceptions.

  3. Everything got more expensive and very little got really better that is true. The solution as far as I’m concerned is to tax away all the price increases.

  4. Nah, I think some kind of dynamic Mietendeckel needs to be in place at least as a transition.
