Wireless PC's don't exist?

  1. Excuse me? I'm carry my full ATX computer with my 3090 around in a backpack. I wear a projector on my head and project the screen anywhere in front of me. This is what OP is referring to.

  2. How goddamn hard is it to just put a fucking s at the end of a word without using a god forsaken apostrophe?

  3. So like walking around with a giant backpack for the tower. Built in the backpack would be a ejectable seat that once triggered and you sit down on it, a keyboard is positioned in front of you and an area for the mouse. The screen will be like a VR visor. Any engineers want to make this for us?

  4. Laptops aren’t PCs. PC stands for Personal Computer. Laptops are free to grab whenever you see one in a cafe or similar, I’ve done it many times.

  5. It might not be cheap or efficient but you can technically make a wireless PC with a WiFi antenna and a big enough battery...

  6. Everyone is jesting here, but what he's trying to say is that you could have just a display with a wireless transmitter, while the CPU, mobo etc. is kept somewhere else.

  7. I have no idea how you get that out of what was quoted above, but in any case that is simply a re-invention of the "thin client" which was the up-and-coming brilliant breakthrough in the late 1990s.
